MOLTEMANIオリジナルエプロンのコンセプトとなっているのは、「経年変化」です。時間の経過とともにマテリアルのもつ風合いに深みが出て、使い初めよりも魅力が増していくものです。身近なものでは、本革がイメージしやすいかと思います。
The concept of the MOLTEMANI original apron is "aging". With the passage of time, the texture of the material becomes deeper, and it becomes more attractive than when it was first used. I think it's easy to imagine genuine leather in familiar things.
今回のエプロンで採用した「経年変化」するマテリアルは、天然染めの帆布だけに留まらず、パーツ類にも採用しています。ベルトや縁などに採用している革は、「牛の本革」。それに、ベルトを通すD型リングは、昔ながらの砂型に流し込んで作る「真鍮」。さらには、生地が切れないように補強のためつけているリベットは、「銅」を採用しています。

どれを取っても使い込んでいく時間の経過とともに、風合いが増していくマテリアルばかりを選びました。環境にも優しく、エプロンを使い込んで育てていく楽しさを感じていただけたら幸いです。
The "aging" material used in this apron is not limited to naturally dyed canvas, but is also used in parts. The leather used for belts and edges is "genuine cow leather". Besides, the D-shaped ring through which the belt passes is "brass" made by pouring it into an old-fashioned sand mold. Furthermore, "copper" is used for the rivets that are attached to reinforce the fabric so that it will not break. The fabric is natural dyed canvas. The leather of the belts is genuine cowhide. The D-shaped ring is brass. The rivet is copper. No matter which one you take, we have selected only materials whose texture will increase over time.
